ADX 2025 GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The promoter is: EMS Oceania Pty Ltd (ABN 91 629 590 138) whose registered address is at The Woolstores, Suite 3, Shed 73, 4E Huntley Street, Alexandria NSW 2015
2. Employees of EMS Oceania Pty Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter the giveaway.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the giveaway but the giveaway may only be entered by attending ADX 2025 from the 20^th March to 22^nd March 2025 during exhibition opening hours and entering as detailed in section 4.
4. How to Enter: Entrants must visit the EMS Stand, scan the QR code and complete the EMS quiz to collect the EMS showbag and be automatically into the draw to win daily prizes. A daily winner will be randomly drawn and will be contacted at 5:00pm AEST from 20^th March – 22^nd The Grand Prize will be drawn on Saturday 22^nd March at 12:00pm AEST from all entrants across all 3 days of ADX 2025. All winners will be revealed on the EMS Dental Australia and New Zealand Facebook page and will be contacted via email. The winners must claim the prize as detailed in section 5.
5. How to Claim Prize: To claim either a daily prize or the grand prize, the entrant must visit the EMS Stand and speak to a staff member or contact Duane Millard on 0400 666 601 at least 5 business days after ADX. EMS staff will collect the winners’ details. A staff member will contact the winners within 5 business days after ADX/after the winners’ contact Duane Millard, to process the winners’ prize.
6. Closing date for entry to the ADX 2025 Giveaway will be: 5pm each day for the daily prizes and 12pm for the grand prize. After these dates/times, no further entries will be permitted to win. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The prizes for the ADX 2025 Giveaway are as follows:

Daily Prizes:

• Thursday 20^th March: Daily prize = SMEG kettle, GBT backpack & survival bag, limited edition GBT pink bottle, PIEZON® check tool, EMS Swiss Army Knife, EMS Biofilm Discloser and Quinessence Cell-to-Cell book – valued at $420.23
• Friday 21^st March: Daily prize = SMEG milk frother, GBT backpack & survival bag, limited edition GBT pink bottle, PIEZON® check tool, EMS Swiss Army Knife, EMS Biofilm Discloser and Quinessence Cell-to-Cell book – valued at $420.23
• Saturday 22^nd March: Daily prize = SMEG blender, GBT backpack & survival bag, limited edition GBT pink bottle, PIEZON® check tool, EMS Swiss Army Knife, EMS Biofilm Discloser and Quinessence Cell-to-Cell book – valued at $420.23

Grand Prize:

• 4 hour hands-on course with Tabitha Acret in your practice valued at $1,550

8. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by EMS. Any and all prize-related expense and any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winners is permitted.
9. Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission for EMS to use the winners’ name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the EMS Quiz not being available at the EMS Booth during the opening hours of ADX 2025.
11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the EMS ADX 2025 giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of EMS’ control.
12. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the EMS ADX 2025 giveaway.
13. EMS ADX 2025 prizes not claimed as directed will be forfeited. No compensation will be payable if an entrant is unable to claim a prize for whatever reason. EMS’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Receipt by the winners of the prizes offered in this competition are conditional upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER WILL RESULT IN THE WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE WINNER OF THE COMPETITION, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED
15. By entering the EMS ADX 2025 giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her/they agreement to be bound by these conditions of entry.
16. The competition and these conditions of entry will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
17. The winners agree to the use of his/her/they names and images in any publicity material.
18. Any personal data relating to all entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. You will have the ability to unsubscribe from any EMS’ communications at any point in time.
